These terms cover your use of this website and any request you send to Amy Cakes And Treats LLC. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What We Offer

The menu on this site shows what we usually cook. Dishes, ingredients and availability change from day to day, so please ask us if something matters to you.

3. Prices and Information

Everything on this site, including descriptions, photographs and any figures, is a guide rather than a fixed offer. Prices and availability can change, and we will confirm them with you.

5. SMS and Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Amy Cakes And Treats LLC. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
